I think these are pretty cool packages to have for
polishing your vehicle
. Milwaukee did an amazing job with both their 15mm polisher and 21mm polisher. What I like about the
15mm random polisher
is that it heats paint more slowly than the 21mm and is better in tight spaces. Also, a smaller orbit limits the risk of damage to your vehicle. The bigger brother,
21mm polisher
, is a beast. I had a chance to use it on my low-mile M3 E92, and it worked almost flawlessly. Like any other big boy polisher, you’re getting more coverage; the two working in tandem makes for a great polishing experience.
These polishers are true workhorses. They’re compatible with the
M18 batteries
, so if you have other Milwuwakee tools, they’re transferable and super efficient. For those of you who aren’t in the Milwaukee ecosystem, you’ll get one battery with the 15mm kit and two with the 21mm kit. I did a
deep dive into these batteries
with Ben from Battery Innovation Center because I wanted to know what makes these things so freaking awesome.
We also include the
Milwaukee Paint & Detailing Color Match Light
, which I honestly have to say is really good. You’re getting 1) 1000 lumens of output with 98+ color rendering index, 2) Much higher light output than the Scan Grip lights, and 3) A heavy-duty and durable tool like all of
Milwaukee’s stuff
we carry in the store. I really do like this light. You do get the
M12 compact battery
with this light.
This package is great because you’re getting the polisher plus the light with the batteries. I challenged my guys to simplify the purchasing process by offering packages that include everything you’d need. They’ve done a great job doing that, and we’ll continue to develop simple solutions like this one.
